The DP Sprint is free entry for all spectators.  Racing starts at 9am ends at 1pm on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of August 2023. For best viewing of the action we recommend being at the start and finish line located on Fitzys Cirque which is the trail on your left as you enter Dinner Plain from the Great Alpine Road.   Other viewing options are the 's bends' near the toboggan run and at the base of the ski run.

So come and join the fun.  Expect lots of dog noise with hundreds of very excited sled dogs.  Feel free to take photos and videos.  Stick around after the racing has finished and have a chat so some of the mushers and be prepared to give some belly rubs and get some Husky cuddles in return.

And finally we ask that you DO NOT bring your own dog/s to the event.  The sled dogs are working breeds and we do not want to distract them from competing.
